माननीय महोदय ,
हमारे क्षेत्र वार्ड न मकान न के पास वर्तमान दशा अत्यंत चिंता जनक हे हमारे क्षेत्र में 15-20 दिनों से ड्रेनेज भर गया हे जिससे दुर्गंध और गंदगी के कारण हम सब का जीना दुभर हो गया हे कई बार शिकायत करने के बाद भी सफाई कर्मचारी इस और ध्यान नहीं दे रहे हे मच्छरों के कारण गंभीर बीमारियो का खतरा भी मंडरा रहा हे पास में ही स्कूल हे जिसमे बच्चे पढ़ते हे बहुत बदबू आ रही हे पड़ने वाले छोटे छोटे बच्चो का भी बीमार होने का खतरा हे
अत आपसे अनुरोध हे की तुरंत कार्यवाही कीजिए तथा संबंधित कर्मचारी को निर्देश देते हुवे हमे इस समस्या से छुटकारा दिलाइए
हम सभी क्षेत्रवासी आपके अत्यंत आभारी रहेंगे

Honorable Sir,
The current condition of our ward, house and neighborhood is extremely worrying. The drainage in the area has been filled since last 15-20 days due to which the life of all of us has become difficult due to foul smell and filth. Even after complaining several times, the sanitation workers are not paying any attention to it. There is also a danger of serious diseases due to mosquitoes hovering. There is a school nearby where children study. It smells very bad and even small children are at risk of falling ill. You are requested to take immediate action and give instructions to the concerned employee to get rid of this problem.
